| The Acorn is primarily a rowboat. She's light in weight and, narrow in waterline and low in freeboard to keep down her windage. A delight to row. She can be fitted with sail, rudder and centreboard. | A fine craft designed for serious rowing. With a longer hull than the 12 she makes for a very swift boat. Great for camping or a relaxing Sunday row on the river. A tender sailer, she can be fitted with a sprit, gunter or lug rig. | A longer version a again making for a very fast boat under oars. | The Auk is based on the classic ship's tender.She has fuller bilges and a bigger transom making for a very stable and versatile little boat. Though not a fast rower, the Auk is a good sailer with a large carrying capacity. MORE PICS | Basically a traditional workboat of medium size with a small wineglass transom. A good rower and a stable boat for her size. She'll carry 4 under sail. | These double ended beach-boats are gaining quite a reputation in the UK by doing very well in the Scottish Glen Raids. The Tirrik is light and fast. Simple 4 strake planking and lower more comfortable side benches and optional built in buoyancy. |
